FAQs
An Illustration depends on the format, the size, and medium. A simple illustration can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month. A more complex illustration can be 1 month to 3 months.
A custom portrait can take from 3 weeks to 3 months. Digital illustrations will be a quick turnaround versus a hand drawn item.
Yes! Shipping will be provided for all art pieces, protected as best possible for transit. Please note during transit things can happen and I will provide support as much as possible. As a small shop owner I do not have the funds for full refunds.
Logos start with a questionnaire before an internal meeting. The meeting will go through expectations, and brand understanding. After the first meeting sketches begin, I will provide a few options for choosing and from there we work on vectorizing, colors, and brand guidelines. After logos are complete you will be provided with all necessary files.
