The Project

Let’s Ride Cyclery is a Burbank Bike shop that offers all around services, repairs, cycling accessories with new and used bikes for sale. They were in need of improved user experience and an increase in organic traffic.

The Problem

The problem was lack of visibility on google, they were a new site as of December 2020 with traffic at a very low. There was no keyword strategy, the user experience was not clear and easy to navigate and they needed to stand out against their competitors.

Web Design & SEO Optimization

To enhance their online presence, I focused on both SEO optimization and web page design. I added a services pricing page to clearly display all their basic services, followed by a product list page that detailed all in-stock bikes, accessories, and parts. I also conducted keyword research to target relevant cycling terms and updated all meta descriptions to improve search engine visibility. Each page was indexed through Google Console for quicker visibility and with a little competitor research I identified what keywords they needed to rank higher for.

The Results​

Increased Traffic by 128% from 2021 (3,600 visits) to 2022 (8,200 visits) after implementing the links pages, product page, new home page, meta descriptions and events page.


Boosted traffic by 62.5% in 2024 (800 to 1,300 visits) after launching the product list, bikes on sale and LRC Club pages.


Enhanced user engagement with detailed product descriptions, race page, and events.
