As a small business, we are unable to accept returns on any items. However, we value your satisfaction and are committed to resolving any issues that may arise with your order. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. To assist you efficiently, please include your full name and order number in your message.

We will make every effort to address and rectify any issues related to damaged or incorrect items promptly. However, please be aware of the following:

  • User Error: We cannot accommodate resolutions for issues arising from user errors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or ordering the wrong item. To ensure accuracy, please carefully review the product descriptions and sizes before placing your order.

  • Order Details: Ensure all information, including shipping details, is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

  • Stickers:
    • Processing Time: Stickers are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
    • Shipping Method: Stickers are shipped in envelopes with stamps.
    • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on distance and postal service efficiency. Please note that we are not responsible for delays once your order is in the hands of the postal service.
  • Prints:
    • Processing Time: Prints are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing.
    • Shipping Time: After printing, please allow an additional week for shipping.
    • Shipping Method: Prints are shipped in cardstock envelopes to ensure they arrive in good condition.
    • Delivery Time: As with stickers, delivery times for prints can vary depending on distance and postal service efficiency. We cannot be held responsible for delays once your order is in the hands of the postal service.
  • Important Notes:
    • Busy Seasons: During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
    • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • In-House Inventory: As a small business, we do not currently maintain in-house inventory, which can impact processing times.

Shipping fees

  • Double Shipping Fees
    • My system does not allow to select the highest shipping cost per order, so please note that I will refund the lowest shipping fee. In an ideal world, it would automatically do it, I might find something else in the future.
  •  
  • Local Pickup
    • I do have an option for those near the area to pickup for free. Those who choose this option I will contact you separately and arrange a time and place.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your full name and order number in your message so we can assist you promptly. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may be able to reship it at your expense.

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are processed and shipped based on the standard timelines provided.
